【Hokkaido Spaceport (HOSPO)】
Hokkaido Spaceport (HOSPO), in Taiki Town, Hokkaido, is a commercial spaceport that serves businesses and universities in Japan and abroad, as well as government agencies and other organizations. HOSPO supports both vertical and horizontal launches, providing a versatile platform. As essential infrastructure supporting the global space industry, HOSPO provides an ideal environment for research and development, as well as for business endeavors, to the many stakeholders involved in the space industry.

〈巨大絵本オブジェ「大樹と魔法のロケット」〉
令和３年８月、大樹町多目的航空公園内に巨大絵本オブジェ「大樹と魔法のロケット」が誕生しました。
このオブジェは、一般社団法人 日本建築アート協会の皆さんが制作し町に寄贈されました。
同協会は「日本の建築技術とアートで世界を笑顔に」をテーマに活動されており、そのメンバーは日本国内外で活躍されています。
モルタル造形師である小島理事長が「ロケット打ち上げを行っている大樹町でワクワクすることをしたい」との思いから町へオブジェ制作の提案をいただき、今回の制作・寄贈に至りました。

〈Giant Book Sculpture "Taiki and the Magic Rocket"〉
In August 2021, a giant book sculpture "Taiki and the Magic Rocket" was created in the Multi-purpose Aviation Park.
This sculpture was created by the members of the Japan Architectural Art Association and donated to the town.
The association is active in Japan and abroad with the theme of "bringing smiles to the world through Japanese architectural technology and art".
Chairman Kojima, a mortar sculptor, proposed the creation of a sculpture and donation to the town to "do something exciting in Taiki Town, where rockets are launched".
